President Harrison was asked to give a presentation at the Fall Leadership Conference sponsored by the Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee, in November 2010.

My comment is: Our synodical President, Matt Harrison, a sinner, is a gift to our dearly beloved LCMS from our gracious LORD and SAVIOUR. Thanks be to God for His Grace & Mercy that we will be in Heaven together – forgiven sinners, and thanks be to God for Pastor Matthew Harrison. What an awesome “speech” this is! Yes, Let’s Go! Together – In Christ!

Matt Harrison gave a bold message of truth and insight that we should all take to heart. He is a blessing to LCMS and may the Lord continue to grow and mature our synod through his leadership.
